This ID carries out some descriptive information about its owner and it is attached to a certain QR that is easy to be read. When the electronic gateway reads this ID, it gives detailed information about its owner and all of his/her works and achievements.

In order to get the documented international ID, you have to do the first step which is filling the application. This application is made to be easy and clear where there are some fields that are mandatory to be filled and you cannot skip. We encourage you to provide clear and correct information.

Verification

The second step is to check for the information that was given to the system and verifying the PhD through the International Standard Certificate Number “ISCN”

Build Your PhD Account

After finishing the last two steps, you are given a special international ID. This ID is not confirmed by the system until it receives the verification results from ISCN. This confirmation takes a short time during which the applicant is given a unique ID which he/she can use to get an access to the electronic gateway and build his/her own profile. This profile has detailed and descriptive information about its owner like all the achievements, knowledge, research, experience, qualifications…etc. Afterwards, the ID holder can access this electronic gateway using the ID and the password. At that point, ID holders will have a full control over their profiles where they can change the password and filter the information that they wants to show on the profile.
