If your certificate is not eligible to be verified for any reason such as it is fake, you will lose the 100$ used for the verification. However, you will get back the 65$ that was supposed to be used in the support, maintenance and service.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this system are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
When you register for ISCN system, you will be required to provide identification (ID) or passport information. You must enter your name exactly as it appears on the primary identification document (excluding accents) that you plan to present at the ISCN system. You cannot use a supplemental ID to resolve name discrepancies.
All users are responsible for entering valid and acceptable identification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your ID documents are up-to-date and available on the ISCN system.
If you do not enter valid and acceptable ID or passport, or if the name on your ID does not exactly match the name on your registration (excluding accents), you will not be permitted to ISCN community.

Your ID requirements depend on where you plan to register and your country of citizenship. Please review the general ID requirements below, then select the country/location where you plan to register to see specific ID requirements.
With few exceptions, ID documents must meet all of the following requirements. Each ID document must:
be valid; expired documents are not acceptable
bear your full name exactly (excluding accents) as it was when registering for the ISCN system.
include a recent, recognizable photograph
include your signature (the name and signature on the ID or passport document must match)
The following documents are not acceptable as primary or supplemental ID under any circumstances:

Our system may allow users to post, submit or display information, messages, suggestions, questions, photographs, and pictures (including pictures of the user and other representations of the user's name), digital images or other content in any form (collectively "User Content"). It is the responsibility of the individual providing such User Content to ensure that no portion of the content is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights or otherwise injurious to third parties.
ISCN reserves the right to disclose, at any time and from time to time, any information or User Content that ISCN deems necessary or appropriate to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, contractual obligation, legal, dispute process, or governmental request. ISCN shall have no liability in connection with any User Content submitted to, transmitted via, or displayed or posted on this system.
ISCN collects personal information when you open an account, to participate in the services and offerings on the system. On such occasions, the personal information collected by ISCN may include, without limitation: your name, e-mail address, date of birth, telephone number, mobile phone number, credit card information, debit card and related information, information concerning your interests, and other demographic information, as applicable. We may also ask some additional optional questions to help us better serve you. Please note that when you make a purchase from our system, we may need to contact you via phone, postal mail or e-mail if we have questions.
To customize our response to your preferences with your consent, ISCN may ask you for personal information, such as your name, address, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, telephone number, mobile phone number and similar information. We do this, for instance, when you establish a user profile or account, register for contests and promotions, submit requests to ISCN customer service, respond to communications from ISCN and for other services that require registration or subscription. When you establish a user profile, we may also request optional information from you regarding certain user preferences and similar information.

The use of any of the Marks on any other system or network computer environment, for example, the storage or reproduction of the Site (or any part of) in any external internet site is prohibited. Certain other trademarks, service marks, and logos provided on the Site are the trademarks or service marks of a third party and may not be used, copied or reproduced without the permission of the owner.
ISCN is committed to respecting others' intellectual property rights, and we ask our users to do the same. ISCN may, at its sole discretion, terminate the accounts or access rights of users who violate others' intellectual property rights. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our system, please deliver the following information to ISCN's Copyright Agent:
